How to Track Your Order

Thank you for shopping at FuzzRoost! Here is what happens after you place your order, and how to follow it.

Track your order live here: Live tracking page — enter your tracking number or order number.

1. Order confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Shipping and tracking

When your order has shipped, we send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your package. An order may arrive in separate packages, in which case tracking details may be sent separately.

Please note: this page itself is not a live tracker. Your tracking link arrives by email when your order ships; use that link, or the order status link in your confirmation email, to follow your package.

3. Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.

4. If your tracking has not updated

First, check the tracking link in your shipping email, and check your spam folder if you cannot find it. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or the tracking information has not been updated, contact us and we will help you check on it.
